Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DEEP TECH ("we", "us"), the operator of ReelPilot, collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you use ReelPilot to upload videos and publish Reels to Facebook Pages you manage.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Facebook information (only after you click "Continue with Facebook" and approve it): your app-scoped Facebook user ID and name, the list of Facebook Pages you manage (Page ID, name, category, profile picture) and access tokens that let us publish to the Pages you select. We use the permissions pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement and business_management only for these purposes.
• Content you upload: videos, thumbnails we generate, captions, hashtags and scheduling settings.
• Publishing provider credentials you choose to add (for example a Buffer API key).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, activity and error logs needed to run and secure the service.

We never ask for or store your Facebook password or browser cookies, and we never publish to personal profiles.

3. How we use information

• To show your Pages and let you choose which ones to connect.
• To upload and publish the videos you schedule, as Reels, to the Pages you connected, at the times you choose.
• To show publishing status, send you notifications about failures or reconnect requests, and keep an activity log.
• To operate the optional voice assistant (your commands are processed by Google Gemini to understand the request).
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share Facebook data with third parties except as described below.

4. Sharing

• Meta (Facebook) — to publish content you scheduled to your Pages.
• Buffer — only if you connect a Buffer account; the video and caption are sent to Buffer to publish on your behalf.
• Google (Gemini API) — text of assistant commands, only when you use the assistant.
• Hosting and email service providers that process data on our behalf, and authorities when required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers. Access tokens and API keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM); passwords are hashed; all traffic uses HTTPS. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Videos you delete go to Trash and are permanently removed when you empty Trash or delete them permanently. Access tokens are removed when you disconnect a Page, remove the app in Facebook, or delete your account. Logs are kept for up to 180 days.

7. Your choices and rights

• Disconnect any Page at any time in Pages → Disconnect.
• Remove the app from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Remove.
• Delete your account and all data in Settings → Danger zone.
• Request access, correction or deletion by emailing ddpatil6609@gmail.com. See our Data Deletion page.

8. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified in the app.
