Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of ReelPilot, a service operated by DEEP TECH (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-14-0049711). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ReelPilot lets you upload videos, organise them, write captions and schedule them to be published as Reels on Facebook Pages you manage, directly through Meta's official APIs or through a publishing provider you connect (such as Buffer).

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account.
  • You may only connect Facebook Pages you are authorised to manage.

3. Your content

  • You keep all rights to the videos and captions you upload.
  • You give us permission to store, process (for example create thumbnails) and transmit your content solely to provide the service and to publish it where you instruct.
  • You confirm you own or have the rights to publish your content, and that it complies with the law and with Meta's Community Standards and Platform Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to spam, infringe copyright, spread illegal or harmful content, evade platform limits, or access accounts you do not own.

5. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Meta, Buffer and other providers. Their availability, limits, review decisions and policy changes are outside our control; we do not guarantee that every post will be published or reach any audience.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DEEP TECH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or content removed or not published by third-party platforms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. On deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction.
